Subscription & cancellation policy
Membership and price
Sincere Class is a single recurring membership billed at $40 USD per month. There are no tiers, and all member features are included in the one price.
Billing and renewal
Your membership renews automatically each month on the date you joined, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to member content continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to your account
Cancelling never deletes your account, profile, saved content, learning progress or message history. Subscriber-only areas are simply restricted until you reactivate.
Reactivation
You can reactivate at any time from your subscription page. Access is restored immediately once payment succeeds.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry it for a short period. If it continues to fail, subscriber content is restricted until billing is resolved.
Refunds
Because access to member content is delivered immediately, monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable. Contact support if you believe an error occurred.
Changes
We may change pricing or membership contents. Existing members will be notified in advance of any price change affecting their renewal.
